Japanese Style Pan-fried Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

<Servings: 4-5>

400g (14 oz) Brussels sprouts

2 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 tsp Sea salt

1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Nori seaweed


Instructions:

1. Trim the stems off brussel sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

2. heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pan. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about a few minutes.


3. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 6-8 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.

4. Serve immediately and sprinkle toasted nori seaweed flake.
