Immune-boosting recipe : Fried rice with Burdock root & Turmeric

I hope everyone is staying healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic.

I have been eating a lot of immune-boosting nutritious foods to maintain optimal health, both physically and psychologically. I would like to introduce one of my favorite recipes: "Fried rice with burdock root and turmeric." I used burdock root because I love it! Burdock root is a very popular vegetable in Japan. It is called "gobo" in Japanese. It is high in fiber and has anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, and anti-cancer effects. It also purifies our blood. Also, it is a natural diuretic, so if you are dehydrated, please do not drink too much burdock tea.

I often use burdock roots - please find another recipe here.
